Michael Rebibo is the Founder and Managing Principal of Rexmark. He has negotiated transactions with some of the country’s leading firms including REIT’s, investment banks, private equity groups, and high net worth individuals across all asset classes. Prior to starting Rexmark, Mr. Rebibo was a Vice President at The Moinian Group, a New York based privately held real estate firm with $8 billion in assets under management. Throughout his 6 years working at the firm, his responsibilities included managing the acquisition, financing, restructuring, joint venturing, and sale of over $4 billion in real estate transactions throughout the United States. In addition, he was responsible for the asset management of a portfolio over 20 million square feet across the country including the Willis Tower (formerly known as the Sears Tower) in Chicago.


Carmel Kashani is a Principal of Rexmark. With 20 years in the commercial real estate field, he has spent his career working with and partnering with some of the most respected real estate institutions in the nation. Mr. Kashani has extensive experience with various capital sources, institutional partners and private investors in creating successful joint venture investments across various asset classes. He is an experienced “hands-on” leader with a proven track record of transforming significant core, value-add properties.
